The Duo Press Clippings:
Something that Meant Something
in the Newspaper

Apart from the usual litany of questions I must answer, many
folks wonder how I find my subjects. "I'll bet you have a
sixth sense for it," said John Natooipoli (someone I interviewed
who subsequently wanted to date me. Wasn't my type. VERY left-brained).
Actually, it's a seventh sense - seven being the number of
chakras, or energy centers in the body.
As for my latest subject, the "Terrific Two", I relied on
my reading center, as I read about them in the newspaper.
But let me just say that I knew Best Man and Buddy Boy were
going to spring into my life. I could feel it in my pelvic
bowl. So when I read these articles, a light just went on
in my stomach. Was very profound. Silent. Haunting.
Of course, the ire of the police department against these
misunderstood heroes made me all the more determined to get
their story and present it to the world. Their attempts to
cover up the story also made me realize the story's currency
to the world at large. It's lasting value and eternal grace.
